Today I decided to give myself a break from my thesis and have a "me" day. I was so excited to make this new make-up bag for one of my friends who lives in NYC. I found some old pictures of her and her horse and I thought I would send one of my boxie pouches with the pictures. She made me a purse when she first learned to sew when we were in middle school, so I thought I would repay the gesture. Anyway, as I was making an owl pouch for one of my other friends who lives in Ca who always sends me little cards and sweet things in the mail my NEEDLE broke! :( Big sad face.. Well, it's off to the fabric store to pick up some needles and bobbins because I am in desperate need. Anyway, I hope you all are having a fabulous day, I am! Take a minute to breathe and center yourself and tell yourself everything will turn out ok. That's what I have to tell myself! 5 more weeks of NURSING SCHOOL! Can I get a whoot whoot?!
